Refund policy

  • Everyday B&D | Return & Refund PolicyThank you for shopping with Everyday B&D. We operate a strict 14-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
    • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives broken or defective, you do not need to ship the package back. Email help@everydaybd.com within 48 hours with a clear photo of the damage. Once verified, our hub will dispatch a brand-new replacement package 100% free of charge.
    • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the product must be completely unused and inside its original packaging. Customers are fully responsible for sourcing and paying for their own tracked return postage to our designated international fulfillment return center. We do not provide free return labels for change-of-mind requests.
    • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse hub, your refund will be processed back to your initial payment card within 5 to 7 business days.
